THIS ITEM IS THE SHELL ONLY AND DOES NOT COME WITH A SWING ARM. IF YOU WANT A SWING ARM, WE CAN BUILD ONE FOR $899 RAW. POWDER COATING WOULD BE AN ADD ON OF $149. BUMPER COMES POWDER COATED.

Did not pass QC with fit up to the body, however, will bolt on and works as is. Tight fit on one side, bumper moved in fixture when being welded. The installer can also take time to adjust the bumper for a better body line fit if they wish. (This bumper includes all new hardware and was not previously installed). Pivot for the swing arm is included and welded into the bumper. This is a project piece.

Metal-Tech 4x4 Lexus GX470 Pegasus Rear Swing Out Bumper Stage 1

Pegasus is a one piece no cut rear bumper with integrated 3/4" pull points and built in rear facing pockets for 20w flange mount LED backup lights. It uses MT4x4's custom machined 2000lbs Motion X Pivot System with two tapered radial bearings and grease seal that moves the one piece swing out arm with ease.

All Lexus GX470 rear swing out bumpers include a stainless steel 2000lbs rated locking latch bolted on with machined High-density polyethylene (HDPE) replaceable wear blocks for the beams contact points into the locking cradle. The swing out beam features an adjustable offset spare tire mount holding up to a 35" spare without blocking the tail lights, a UHF/CB antenna mounting point, and a built in horizontal Hi-Lift Jack mount as standard.

The Pegasus uses an integrated 120lbs gas strut to assist in opening the swing out beam loaded with auto locking open and closed positions so the swing arm can be opened safely when the vehicle is off axis.

On the side of this Lexus GX470 rear swing out bumper we built in side steps pockets to provide quick access to your roof. Each step pocket features optional mounting points for marine 12v accessories ports and an LED step light that will illuminate the step pocket, both available as an optional accessory.

Optional Utility Rack and 2 Locking Fuel/Water Can Holders which are made of single weld, laser cut, 5052 aluminum to be strong and light weight are available.

We offer two optional bolt on receiver hitches or run w/out, (1) shown under frame mount full GVW towing capacity, (2) high tuck above the frame with light duty use like off road trailer etc.

If your GX470 has a back up camera then you will need our optional Backup Camera Mount Relocation Kit to relocate the factory camera to the spare tire carrier.

The Lexus GX470 rear swing out bumper is designed so all moving parts are fully serviceable, rebuildable, and replaceable, which ensures a long service life for the product.
