Metal Tech 4x4 FJ Cruiser Phantom Front Bumper Stage 3

The FJ Cruiser front winch bumper with fog lights and a light bar comes completely powder coated and ready to bolt on with no bumper plastic cutting required. This armor option for the Fj Cruiser has 3/4" recovery points, included bolt on single hoop, and integrated pockets for the optional recessed LED fog lights and 30" LED single row light bar. Optional Grill Insert to cover opening if a light bar is not used.

We analyze the products real-world physical behavior by virtually testing the CAD models against linear, non-linear, and dynamic loading, allowing us to raise product quality and product durability ensuring a long service life.

This FJ Cruiser front winch bumper with fog lights and a light bar is designed for maximum performance in a strong but lightweight package and features an all steel construction for durability and performance. Lower vented stone guard below bumper bolts 100% to the winch mount clearing lower frame cross support so almost all skid plate systems will work with our bumper. Large access points in the front bumper to allow ease of reach to your winch. Winch envelope is designed to hold even some of the largest planetary non integrated solenoid winches on the market, like Ironman 4x4 winches.

Our two part mounting system first mounts the winch mount, allowing very easy installation of your winch, then the outer shell bolts to the winch mount allowing you to set the body alignment that you wish. With the high approach angle and close fit of the bumper it requires a winch with a low profile clutch handle as seen on Warn M8000, Ironman 4x4 and other winches. Our powder coated bumpers feature full sandblasting, dip, bake and double black textured semi gloss powder coat finish two times the industry standard for thickness.
