Total Chaos Lexus GX470/GX460 Spindle Gusset (pair)

Description

Eliminate a bent factory spindle on the trail caused by hard impacts on your Lexus GX470 by installing a pair of TOTAL CHAOS weld on spindle gussets! Several factory Toyota race teams and recreational enthusiasts using these model platforms have damaged the factory spindles while venturing off road. TC now offers a weld on 1/8” laser cut spindle gusset intended to reinforce the spindles where they bend. These gussets can be installed with aftermarket UCA’s or long travel suspension systems and are not compatible with stock upper control arms.

Strengthens spindle uprights and prevents the knuckle from damage during hard impacts.
1/8" prebent laser cut mild steel brackets.
Eliminates the factory sway bar.
Welding and grinding are required to install.
Factory spindles are forged, not cast and gussets can be MIG or TIG welded directly to them.
