FJ Cruiser, Tacoma, & 4Runner Total Chaos Spindle Gussets

Description

Eliminate a bent factory spindle on the trail caused by hard impacts on your FJ Cruiser, 05+Tacoma, or 03+ 4Runner by installing a pair of weld on TOTAL CHAOS spindle gussets! Several factory Toyota race teams and recreational enthusiasts using these model platforms have damaged the factory spindles while venturing off road. TC now offers a weld on 1/8” laser cut spindle gusset intended to reinforce the spindles where they bend. These gussets can be installed with aftermarket UCA’s or long travel suspension systems and are not compatible with stock upper control arms.

Description:

Must have reinforcement for anyone who wants to play in the dirt!
Strengthens spindle uprights and prevents the knuckle from damage during hard impacts.
1/8" prebent laser cut mild steel brackets.
Retains the factory sway bar and includes an additional steering arm gusset.
Welding and grinding are required to install.
Trucks running factory back spacing wheels must run wheel spacers.
Factory spindles are forged, not cast and gussets can be MIG or TIG welded directly to them.
