Weld on sliders have a 2x4” 3/16” wall box main tube with the ends welded and blended closed in a ramp to slide over obstacles.  They have a 1.5” .120” wall rub rail along the outside that not only protects the side of your truck but also acts as a step.  The set comes with two per side mounting legs pre notched for easy installation.  There is extra material on the mounts at the frame end so you can install them further under the truck if you wish or more outboard for better side protection and ease of getting into your truck.  To finish off the installation the kit also comes with four elliptical scab plates to distribute the mounting load on your frame.  Like the Metal-tech frame ties we use the elliptical scab plates to eliminate any vertical or horizontal welds to reduce the chance of frame cracks at the welds.

• 2x4 x.188 Main bodies fully welded with the ends ramped
• 1.5 x .120 DOM tube welded to the main bodies
• 4 support legs made out of 1.5 x .120 DOM tubing
• 4 elliptical scab plates
