The Full Profile Roll Cage is designed to give you that custom fit without the headache of designing and welding the cage from scratch. Our expert welders hand build your cage for you saving your valuable time and ensuring a perfect fit. The Full Profile cage is perfect if you have a forward facing rear seat giving your passengers some added protection. You can use this cage with the side folding seats requiring some modification to the seat brackets. Or consider our Jackson Cage which works better with the side folding seats. For your convenience our roll cages fit the factory hard top and any aftermarket soft top.

Our roll cage steel is made our of 2" x 120 wall DOM SRA tube that is made in the USA specifically for us.

If your FJ40 was built prior to 1975 you will need to drill holes for the front and rear mounting plates. If your FJ40 was built after 1975 then you only need to drill holes for the front mounting plates as the rear mounting plates use the factory OEM roll cage mounting holes.

We offer quite a few options you can add on to your kit, bolt mounting kit, frame ties etc. Please see the Optional list below.

This roll cage comes as raw steel so it will need to be painted or powder coated to keep it looking nice.

One of the most popular configurations is to add the grab handles, dash crossbar and the front center over head bars. Frame ties in the front are always recommended, however rear frame ties are needed when a tub may have less "sound" i.e. rust. The rear overhead bars would be next up in the items to add, just keep in mind head room for your potential rear passengers. The hip guards and the rear seat belt cross bar are items you may wish to add for a more aggressive use of your truck, note these items can be added in at a later date too. NOTE: Seat Belts, if you're running retractable shoulder belts we have universal mounting plates we can add in to provide the lower retractor mounting and the upper shoulder pivot point.
